Spinach Parmesan for a Crowd

8 pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed (10 oz. each)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 1/3 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Drain spinach, reserving 1 cup liquid.
Sauté onion in butter until tender.
In a bowl, combine spinach, eggs, bread crumbs, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion mixture and reserved liquid.
Spread in two greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dishes. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until set.
Yield: 40-48 servings
