Kale Chips

1 bunch kale
1 T oil
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste (I like sea salt)

Remove kale leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces, wash and dry thoroughly.
Coat kale leaves with oil and salt, spread on 2 baking sheets in single layer.
Bake at 300 until the edges brown but are not burnt, about 20 minutes.
