Broccoli

Roasted - toss with EVOO, kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast at 425 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes turning half way thru.

Stalk - peel, slice and steam and eat with garlic butter. They taste like artichoke hearts

Steamed with Hollandaise sauce or 2-3 T mayo plus 1 T mustard

Steamed with butter, cheddar cheese, salt & FGBP

Battered and fried and served with Ranch dressing for dipping

Quick boiled - drop into salted, boiling water, cook for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
