Tzatzíki - Cucumber & Yogurt Sauce
Source: combination of recipes

2 cups plain greek yogurt, drained over cheesecloth
2 cups grated cucumber (about 1 10 oz cucumber), squeeze with hands to remove excess moisture
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 tsp fine sea salt

Mix all the ingredients, refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
Serve with warmed pita bread pieces, gyros, and raw vegetables.
