Pineapple Sauce

1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 T ketchup
1 T soy souce
1 tsp dry mustard
4 1/2 tsp corn starch

Combine pineapple, 1/4 cup water, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce and mustard, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes. Stir cornstarch into remaining 1/4 cup water and add to pineapple mixture. Cook and stir until thickened.
