Green Peppercorn, Ginger, and Orange Sauce
Source: Woodie From MQ - This is a wonderful sauce from Gourmet for poached salmon.

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons grated peeled fresh gingerroot
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons drained green peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
