Michigan Hot Dog Sauce
Source: Ticonderoga Bicentennial Cookbook (Woodie)

1 med onion, chopped
2 T butter
2 T wine vinegar
2 T brown sugar
4 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 tsp worcestershire
dash cayenne (opt)
1 cup ketchup
1/2 pound hamburger

Cook onions until soft, add remaining ingredients.
Cook until meat is cooked and sauce is desired consistency.
