Ketchup
Source: combination of recipes

8 oz tomato sauce (or 6 oz tomato paste plus 1/4 cup water)
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until smooth.
When mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until desired thickness.
Remove pan from heat to cool. Chill and store in a covered container.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
