Homemade Pancake Syrup
Source: adapted from Eating on a Dime

3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup light corn syrup
pinch salt

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat.
Boil for 7 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
Cool for 15 minutes (will thicken more as it cools)
Serve over pancakes, waffles, french toast, etc.
