Homemade Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

Makes 2 cups

3/4 cup Hershey's cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla

Combine cocoa, sugar, and salt in a large saucepan. Add water, and whisk until smooth.
Whisking the whole time, bring mixture to a boil over medium heat and allow to boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Cool completely, syrup will thicken as it cools. Refrigerate.
