Better than Bouillon Gravy
Source: combination of recipes
2 T oil or unsalted butter
2 T flour
1 tsp Better than Bouillon
1 1/4 cups water
Combine oil or butter in small saucepan with flour and bouillon. Heat until bubbling and smooth, cook for a minute or so.
Add water, heat and whisk until thickened.
Note: Use choice of Bouillon flavor, personally I like a combo of half beef and half chicken.
