Waldorf Salad

Adjust amount of ingredients to your liking! Makes about 4 serivngs

2 sweet apples, cored and chopped
1 cup red seedless grapes, sliced in half (or 1/2 cup raisins)
1 cup celery, sliced
1/2- 1 cup chopped, slightly toasted walnuts

Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
pinch salt

Combine all, chill
