Tuna and White Bean Salad

1 (15 oz) can white beans, rinsed and drained
1 can tuna, drained
1 T olive oil
1 T vinegar
1 T lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup red onion, diced
fresh parsley, chopped to taste
opt: spinach, roasted red pepper, cucumber, black olives, tomato, radish

Combine all salad ingredients.
Serve on bed of greens, with veggies on the side or on pita bread.
