Taco Salad

Bowl of salad greens
1 large tomato, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
opt: kidney or pinto beans, rinsed, black olives, green chilis
Dressing - italian, ranch, catalina or other of your choice
1 pound cooked, seasoned taco meat or chili
Salsa or picante sauce
8 oz. shredded cheddar or taco cheese
Tortilla chips, crushed

Toss together salad greens, tomato, onion, and dressing.
Top with meat, salsa, and cheese. Can leave on top, or stir into salad.
Just before serving, top with or stir in crushed tortilla chips.
