Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

4 medium potatoes
2 T butter
1/4 cup milk, or as needed
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
1 tsp wasabi paste, or to taste
dash garlic powder

Peel, quarter and boil potatoes 20 minutes, until tender, drain.
Add butter, milk and salt, let sit until butter is melted and milk is warm.
Mash with hand mixer or potato masher. Add more milk if needed.
Stir in wasabi paste and garlic powder. Season with more salt if necessary.
