Sweet potato Casserole

4 large sweet potatoes
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2/3 cup OJ
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 cup brown sugar

Cut sweet potatoes into chunks, par boil until slightly tender, but not done, about 10 minutes. Drain, spread in 9x13 baking dish.
Dot with butter, pour OJ over all. Mix spices and brown sugar, sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350, incovered for 25-30 minutes, turning once during this time.
