Potato Gratin - healthy

1 T olive oil
1 T butter
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
4-6 sliced potatoes
chicken broth, as needed
salt, pepper to taste
parmesan cheese
In large saucepan, saute onion in olive oil and butter until golden, add garlic, saute for 30 seconds more.
Add potatoes and enough chicken broth to barely cover potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and cook until broth starts to thicken.
Pour into a buttered casserole dish sprinkle with some parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 for 45 to 55 minutes
