CRISPY POTATO CUBES

1/3 cup all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon pepper
5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 garlic clove, minced
1 bay leaf

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, salt, thyme, marjoram and pepper.
Add potatoes and shake to coat. Pour butter into 13 x 9 pan, stir in garlic. Add potaotes and bay leaf.
Cover and bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Uncover and stir, bake 15-20 minutes longer until potatoes are lightly browned and tender. Discard bay leaf.
Yield 4 servings
