Pork Tenderloin

salt
pepper
1-2 cloves garlic, minced or halved
opt: oregano or rosemary
lemon juice
olive oil

Rub tenderloin with with salt, pepper, garlic and oregano or rosemary, let sit.
An hour before cooking, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.

Roast pork in 425 oven for about 25 minutes or grill over indirect heat until the internal temperature reaches 145-150 degrees.
Cover with foil and let sit 5-10 minutes before slicing.
