Habanero Sausage

2 lbs ground pork
1 habanero pepper, minced - for hotter use seeds and membranes
1 small onion, minced
1 small clove garlic, minced
pinch dried thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red wine vinegar

Combine all. Divide into 12 patties, freeze raw or cooked.
