Pizza by the Yard

1 loaf of French bread
1 pound of lean ground chuck
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 small can of mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. (or as much as you want) of Italian seasoning
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (I used more)

Cheese to top if off (Barb- I used a combo of asiago, and cheddar, but use whatever you want)

Combine ground chuck, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic, and mushrooms in a bowl.
Spread on top of a split loaf of French bread. Broil for 12 minutes or until browned. Top with the cheese, and broil until cheese is melted.
