Grandma Pizza
Cindy's Version

Prepare pizza dough, let slow rise in refrigerator.

Sauce:
Empty 28 oz can of good italian peeled tomatoes into colander over bowl. Gently crush tomatoes with wooden spoon, let drain into bowl, reserve juice.
Meanwhile, saute 2 cloves of minced garlic in 1 T olive oil just until fragrant (30-60 seconds). Add drained, reserved juice to pan, cook until reduced and thickened.

Press dough into rectangular pan that has been oiled with olive oil. Drizzle dough with olive oil and sprinkle with basil and oregano. Top with 12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese. Place spoonfuls of crushed tomatoes and reduced sauce randomly over cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until done.
