Good and Easy Pizza
Source: Marty Imler (adapted from back of Gold Medal flour bag in the 1970's)

Dough:
1 pkg (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 T oil
2 1/2 cups flour

Sauce:
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano, minced onion, minced garlic, parmesan cheese

Topping: Mozzarella, cheddar, pepperoni, etc.

Dissolve yeast in warm water, stir in remaining dough ingredients, beat vigorously. Allow dough to rest (covered) 5 minutes.
On lightly greased 12x15 pan, pat dough out with floured fingers to edge of pan.
If you like a thick crust, cover with another pan turned upside down & let rise for an hour or two.
If regular crust is desired, immediately spread sauce, spices, cheeses and toppings.
Bake 425 for 15 minutes, covered with same size pan, then remove and bake 10 minutes more to brown the cheese.
