Fresh Tomato Pizza

2 large tomatoes, sliced thin
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
Opt: Red onion, sliced
Basil
Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
1 cup grated cheese mozzarella, parmesan
Homemade pizza dough

Preheat oven to 450° F. Lightly grease a 14-inch pizza pan, sprinkle with cornmeal, or use pizza stone. Shape pizza dough. Top crust with tomatoes, garlic, onion, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, top with cheeses. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until dough is done and toppings are hot. Cool slightly before cutting and serving.
