Pie Crust - Oil (updated 12/10/23)
Source: combination of recipes

2 2/3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
pinch baking powder
2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup cold milk

Whisk flour, salt and baking powder together. Combine oil and milk in measuring cup.
Add oil/milk to flour mixture. Stir lightly with a fork until dough comes together. Divide in half, shape into discs, cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Roll each ball of dough between 2 pieces of wax paper, using waxed paper, fit into pie plate, trimming excess. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Fill shell as desired.
Makes enough for 2 9" pies or one 9" pie with top crust

For prebaked - bake at 400 for 15 minutes, lower heat to to 350 and bake 20-30 minutes more, or until done.
