Orzo

Orzo, cooked
1 can tuna, drained
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Feta cheese
Onion, sauteed
Mushrooms, sauteed
Tomatoes
Olives
Broccoli, spinach or artichoke hearts, cooked and drained
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Combine choice of ingredients with cooked orzo, season with salt and pepper. For leftovers, combine with mayo and eat cold.
