Fettuccine Alfredo
3/4 pound Fettuccine noodles
1/2 cup heavy cream, room temp
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 cup freshly grated parmesan
1/4 tsp salt
Fresh parsley
Cook noodles until almost done, drain.
Meanwhile, heat cream and butter until butter is melted. Stir in cheese and salt.
Add pasta to sauce and cook until noodles are done.
Add chopped parsley or reserve for garnish.
