Buttery Baked Lamb Chops

lamb loin chops, 1" thick
salt, pepper
opt: minced garlic
dijon mustard
lemon juice or wine vinegar
worcestershire sauce
butter pats

Place lamb chops in a baking dish.
Rub each side of chops with ingredients except butter.
Top each chop with a small pat of butter.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, broil for a few minutes to brown (for me this makes med-rare)
