Shrimp Boil

2 pounds of shrimp - peeled and deveined
2 pounds of HOT Italian Sausage links
Red Potatoes
Mini Corn on the Cob
Garlic
2 (4 oz packets) ZATARAIN'S Crawfish, Shrimp CRAB BOIL

In a 20 quart stainless steel Stock Pot, bring to a Boil 10 to 11 quarts of water with the 2 4 ounce packages of crab boil and 5 to 6 garlic cloves.
Once reached to a rolling boil, add red potatoes - about 2 servings of potatoes per person, cut large red potatoes or use small red potatoes. Boil for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add 8 to 12 mini corn on the cob and 2 pounds of the sausage links.
After 10 minutes, add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain, but keep a good amount of the liquid.
Serve the drained food and let persons add the amount of liquid they want. Have butter for those who want to cut some of the heat from the food and red pepper flakes to make it hotter.
Onions can be added to the original boiling. Also, crawfish can be added if you like them.
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get the original water mixture to boiling, once it is a rolling boil, meal is completed in about 25 minutes.
