Louisiana BBQ Shrimp

1 1/2 lbs large shrimp
1 stick butter, melted
1 T olive oil
3 T Worcestershire
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp coarse salt
1/4 tsp fresh-ground pepper
opt: 2 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
opt: 1 T chopped fresh rosemary

Place peeled shrimp in a shallow dish (a pie plate works well).
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over shrimp. Cover and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with French bread to sop up all the wonderful juice.
