Elegant Shrimp Bake
1/2 cup butter
2 T dijon mustard
2 T cider vinegar
2 T worcestershire
1/4 teaspoon cayenne, or to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T chopped fresh parsley
2 lb raw shrimp -- shelled, deveined, tails removed
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, mustard, vinegar, worcestershire, cayenne, garlic, and parsley. When the butter melts completely, remove from heat.
Arrange shrimp in a shallow baking dish. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp, stir to coat.
Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
