Salmon

Salmon steaks
Olive oil
Lime juice
Seasoned salt
Dill

Opt:
Fruit preserves
1 tsp dijon mustard
Cayenne pepper

Marinate salmon in olive oil and lime juice, sprinkle with seasoned salt and dill. Pan fry until done.

If using fruit preserves, spread on each side during last few minutes of cooking, cook until thickened.
