Sea Bass cut into serving size pieces

Equal Parts:
Mayonnaise
Horseradish
Dijon Mustard

Spread over fish - roast at 500 for 20 minutes. At the last minute, the topping will turn nice and brown.
(Note from Ann - I cook this at 450 on the top rack - and watch it carefully - because 500 will make my smoke alarm go off!)
