Self-crusting Quiche
Source: combination of recipes

1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp kosher salt
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1 med onion, chopped
2 cups veggies or meat of your choice - cooked or sauteed as needed (our favorite is broccoli with sauteed mushrooms)
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice

Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
Whisk together eggs and milk in separate bowl, whisk into dry ingredients.
Stir in onion and choice of veggies, meats and cheeses.
Pour into greased or sprayed 9" pie plate.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes until center is set and top is browned.
Let cool for 10 minutes. Can be eaten hot or at room temp.
