Deviled Eggs

6 hard cooked eggs
1/4 cup mayo
2 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Dash hot pepper sauce

Cut eggs in half, remove yolks. Mash yolks and combine with remaining ingredients. Spoon or pipe filling back in to whites. Garnish with paprika and parsley. Makes 1 dozen
