Vanilla Ice Cream

2 cups heavy cream
2 cups milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp real vanilla extract

Whisk all ingredients together until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate ahead of time if possible, but not necessary.
Place all ingredients in ice cream maker bowl. Process according to machine directions.
Serve immediately or freeze for harder consistency.

Note: for creamier ive cream, use 3 cups heavy cream and 1 cup milk
