Tiramisu (no egg)

16 oz mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 T amaretto
1 cup whipping cream

1 1/2 cups cold strong coffee
1/4 cup Kahlua (coffee liquor)

2 (3 oz) pkgs ladyfingers
Cocoa powder (unsweetened)

Combine mascarpone cheese, sugar and amaretto, beat until smooth. In separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture. Set aside.

Combine coffee and Kahlua. Dip ladyfingers in coffee mixture, spread 1 pkg on bottom of springform pan (wrap with foil if your pan leaks).
Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture over ladyfingers, sprinkle lightly with cocoa powder. Repeat layers.
Sprinkle top with cocoa powder. Cover and chill at least 3 hrs before serving.
