Melting Moments Cookies
Source: Argo cornstarch
1 cup unsifted flour
1/2 cup Argo cornstarch
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup (12T) butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
Whisk together first 3 ingredients.
With mixer beat butter until smooth (medium speed). Add flour mixture and vanilla until well blended. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Shape into one inch balls and flatten with fork.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until edges are brown.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
