Chocolate Truffle Cookies

1 1/4 cups butter, softened
2 1/4 cups confectioner's sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup sour cream
1 T vanilla (or kahlua)
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles

Cream butter, sugar, and cocoa til light and fluffy.
Beat in sour cream and vanilla.
Add flour and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Shape into 1" balls and dip in sprinkles. Place sprinkle side up on ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart.
Bake at 325° for 10 minutes or until set. Cool 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
Yield: 5 1/2 dozen
