Candy Cane Bark

8 oz good white chocolate
2-3 candy canes

Place candy canes in plastic bag, break into small pieces with kitchen mallet.
Melt chocolate in microwave, checking every 30 seconds. Stir in candy canes.
Pour chocolate mixture onto cookie sheet covered with wax paper, spread to desired thickness with spatula.
Let cool or place in refrigerator until hardened, break into pieces.
