Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 3/4 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 cup frozen blueberries

Beat butter until creamy. Beat in brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Mix in flour; stir in oats.
Stir in frozen blueberries, refrigerate dough 30 minutes.
Scoop dough into 2 T size balls, place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Cool 10-15 minutes on cookie sheet before removing to wire rack.

Alternate baking method - can spread dough on 15x10 pan and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, cut into bars when cooled.
