Almond Butter Fudge
Source: combination of recipes

1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup almond butter, unsweetened, unsalted
2 T maple syrup
1/2 tsp kosher salt
optional: 1/2 cup coconut, chocolate chips, nuts, etc.

Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
Melt all except optional ingredients over low heat in small heavy bottomed saucepan. Stir until smooth.
Pour into lined baking dish, top with optional ingredients (they will sink down)
Freeze for 2 hours.
Remove from pan with parchment, cut into squares. Store in freezer.
