Turkey Stir Fry

Oil for stir frying
1 stalk celery, sliced on diagonal
2 green onions, sliced on diagonal
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups cooked turkey, cubed or sliced

Sauce:
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning (more to taste)
salt to taste
1 T cornstarch

2 cups bread, cubed and toasted

Sauce: Mix broth, poultry seasoning and salt to taste, whisk in cornstarch. Set aside.
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan to medium-high heat.
Stir-fry celery, onions and mushrooms until tender crisp. Add garlic for last minute of cooking time. Add turkey and cook for one minute.
Add sauce, heat to boiling and thickened.
Serve over bread cubes.
About 3 - 4 servings
