Turkey Spinach Burgers
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pkg (1-1/3 lbs) ground turkey
1 egg
1 tsp worcestershire
1 T ketchup
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup oatmeal
frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (half of a 10 oz pkg)
Combine ingredients, mix with hands until well combined. Measure out into 1/2 cup portions, shape into 6 patties. Fry burgers in nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray or small amount of light olive oil 4-5 minutes on each side or until done.
