Spanikopita Chicken Meatballs

1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
10 oz chopped spinach, thawed, drained
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 T Montreal steak seasoning (or sub 1/2-1 tsp plain salt)
1 pound ground chicken
1 T light olive oil, plus some for liberal drizzling
Combine all ingredients up to chicken, drizzle with oil and mix in.
Form 18 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs.
Place the meatballs on a nonstick cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes until they are golden and juices run clear.
Serve with Tzatziki Sauce
