Spanikopita Chicken Meatballs

1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
10 oz chopped spinach, thawed, drained
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 T Montreal steak seasoning (or sub 1 tsp kosher salt)
1 pound ground chicken
1 T olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
In a bowl combine the onion and garlic. Mix in the spinach separating while adding.
Add feta, chicken and grill seasoning to the bowl, drizzle all with olive oil. Mix all together and form into (1-1/2 inch) meatballs.
Place on a nonstick cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden and juices run clear.
Makes about 24
