Honey Barbeque Chicken Wings

2 1/2 lbs wings, separated and wing tips removed

Sauce #1
1/2 cup ketchup
2 T honey
2 T vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 tsp worcestershire
dash of hot sauce

Sauce #2 (sweeter)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup ketchup

Sauce #3 (hotter)
2 T butter, melted
4 T Franks hot sauce
1 T vinegar or lemon juice
1 T honey

Dredge wings in flour and choose method of browning:

*deep fry in 2" oil, 10-12 minutes
*brown in skillet, 5 minutes each side
*bake at 425 for 35 minutes on sprayed sheet, turn once
*grill, until browned and crispy all over

Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients. Coat browned wings with sauce, bake 425 until crispy and hot.
