So tender and full of flavor ... this is Geoff's favorite wing recipe

If desired add pinch of onion powder and garlic powder to taste
Can replace part of flour with baking powder - 1T salt, 1T paprika, 1T cayenne, 1T baking powder, 1/4 cup flour (for 2 lbs wings)
Mix rub ingredients together in a ziplock bag.
Pat wings dry, shake in mixture.
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray, place chicken on sheet, spray top of chicken.
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes flipping over half way thru.
Cindy's Variation - for sweet/hot wings, mix equal parts soy sauce and brown sugar and pour over dry-rubbed wings after first 20 minutes of baking. Watch carefully and stir occasionally as it will burn on the baking sheet.
