Glazed Cornish Hen Halves

1/2 cup currant jelly
2 T white wine
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 (1-1 1/2 lb) cornish hens, cut in half

Stir together glaze ingredients, brush 1 T over each hen half.

Bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes covering with a foil tent for the last 15 minutes to prevent over browning.
