Chicken Marinade - Aunt Florence
1 pint (2 cups) cider vinegar
1/2 pint (1 cup) water
1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter
2 oz salt (1/4 cup) - Cindy's note: can use 1/2 amount of salt
Cook until butter is melted. Spray on chicken and turn regularly until done.
Makes enough for 12 chicken halves.
