High Heat Roast chicken
Make sure that chicken is at room temperature - remove giblets and place chicken in roasting pan.
Preheat oven to 450.
Bake chicken for 10-12 minutes per pound, or until meat thermometer reads 160.
Remove to carving board, cover with foil, let sit 10 minutes before carving
